Job summary

Republic Services, Inc. is seeking an Associate Account Executive to support multiple local field AE teams from a remote-based position. You will perform business development, prospecting, and closing self-sourced opportunities to contribute to team goals.

You will generate quality leads, build targeted lists, and track activity in Salesforce, collaborating with AEs to optimize performance and outcomes across the US market.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers to generate quality leads and close sales.
• Work with Account Executives to resource targeted lead lists and drives results.
• Log calls, leads, and opportunities in Salesforce, tracking progress and timelines.
• Collaborate with the AE team to share best practices and improve team performance.
• Attend sales meetings and training to stay updated on products and services.
• Participate in team-based calling initiatives and support company goals.
