Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks a Technical Solutions Architect to lead architecture and technical sales across North America, focusing on HPE Aruba platforms. You will enable channel partners, drive engagements, and design resilient infrastructure, accelerating pipeline growth and opportunity closure.

You will present to partner sales teams, engineers, customers, and executives, translating business needs into validated architectures and competitive strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of enterprise networking solutions.
• 5+ years of experience designing, architecting, or supporting enterprise networking solutions.
• Hands-on experience with HPE Aruba solutions is required.
• Experience translating business requirements into validated technical architectures.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical enablement and architectural guidance to channel partners and Arrow sales teams.
• Lead technical sales engagements including discovery, sizing, and migration planning.
• Design and recommend HPE Aruba solutions and deliver executive briefings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with supplier teams and sales organizations to drive initiatives and revenue.
