Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks a Technical Solutions Architect to lead technical sales engagements and architect solutions based on HPE Aruba technology. You will enable channel partners and Arrow sales teams, driving pipeline growth through design reviews, demonstrations, and strategic guidance.

In this role, you’ll present to executives, collaborate with suppliers and customers, and mentor engineers and architects while traveling as needed for engagements and trainings.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in networking architecture, sales engineering, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with HPE Aruba solutions is required.
• Excellent presentation, communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence technical and business decision-makers and lead discussions with engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and solution architecture guidance to channel partners and Arrow sales teams.
• Architect resilient infrastructure solutions to accelerate pipeline growth and close opportunities.
• Deliver technical consultations, demonstrations, and competitive positioning.
• Design and recommend HPE Aruba solutions and guide workloads sizing and migration plans.
• Deliver executive briefings and cultivate partnerships across supplier teams, customers, and partners.
