Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect to provide technical leadership and solution architecture expertise for our North American channel partner community, with a focus on HPE Aruba platforms. The role drives technical sales engagements, solution design, and strategic guidance to accelerate pipeline growth.

This position requires 5+ years in enterprise networking, hands-on Aruba experience, and strong presentation and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

5+ years designing, architecting, or supporting enterprise networking solutions.
Hands-on experience with HPE Aruba solutions.
Excellent presentation, communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to influence technical and business decision makers and lead discussions with engineers, IT leaders, and executives.
Technical leadership and mentoring capabilities with a customer-focused approach.
Industry certifications related to networking solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead technical sales engagements including discovery, architecture design, sizing, workload assessment, demonstrations, solution validation, migration planning, and technical strategy.
Design and recommend HPE Aruba solutions.
Deliver compelling technical presentations and executive briefings to partner sales teams, engineers, architects, customers, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with supplier teams, Arrow sales, partner account managers, and engineering resources to drive strategic initiatives and revenue objectives.
