Job summary

Gaco is seeking an Area Manager Field Sales to drive territorial growth from a remote base in Florida, engaging architects, engineers, owners, distributors, and contractors. You will deliver product training, build strategic plans, and work toward sales and profitability goals.

Frequent travel, trade shows, on-site trainings, and strong MS Office proficiency are expected as you expand product knowledge and manage the territory budget.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in building business and increasing sales.

Responsibilities

• Represent Gaco roof coatings and waterproofing products to architects, engineers, building owners, distributors, and contractors.
• Develop and manage ongoing sales processes and customer relationships; close sales.
• Generate and follow up on new customer leads.
• Document all leads and follow-up contacts.
• Develop and execute territory business and marketing plans.
• Meet or exceed annual sales and gross profit targets.
• Present marketing needs and use sales tools effectively.
