Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in business or related field or 5+ years in roofing/waterproofing or commercial coatings sales.
• Strong track record in building business and increasing sales.
• Excellent communication with strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Gaco roof coatings and waterproofing products to architects, engineers, building owners, distributors, and contractors.
• Manage ongoing sales process, develop relationships, respond to customer needs, and close sales.
• Generate and follow up on new customer leads.
• Document all leads and follow up contact.
• Develop and execute a smart territory business and marketing plan.
• Meet or exceed annual sales and gross profit targets.
• Travel frequently and represent the company professionally.
• Provide on-site training events and participate in trade shows.
• Manage territory sales budget and expand product knowledge.
