Job summary

Amrize seeks an Architecture & Engineering Representative (West) to drive specifications with architects and engineers. You’ll deliver CEU programs, train the sales team on architectural assets, and manage early-stage engagements to embed Gaco systems in projects.

Remote Florida-based role requiring 30–50% travel, with a focus on design-phase opportunities, technical collaboration, and industry networking to grow market share.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• Experience: 3–5+ years in architectural sales or technical specification consulting.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of building envelope systems, AVB, PMMA systems.
• Industry Credentials: CDT®, CCPR®, or AIA/AIA-affiliated certifications preferred.
• Tools & Software: Dodge Data/ConstructConnect, CRM (Salesforce), AutoCAD/BIM/Revit, MS Office.
• Communication & Presentation: Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Travel: Willing to travel 30–50% for client meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Generate and track target projects to maximize specification rates.
• Create and deliver CEU content for architectural/engineering firms.
• Mine early-stage opportunities and engage design professionals in SD and DD phases.
• Provide design consultation and assist with submittal reviews.
• Engage with CSI, AIA, and IIBEC; represent the company at events.
