Qualifications

• Degree in Business or related field OR 5 years of roofing/waterproofing sales.
• Strong track record in building business and increasing sales.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
• Ability to travel 75% of the time.
• Strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Gaco roof coatings and waterproofing products to architects, engineers, building owners, distributors, and contractors.
• Manage ongoing sales process, develop relationships, respond to needs, and close sales.
• Generate and follow up on new customer leads.
• Document all leads and follow up contact.
• Develop and execute a territory business and marketing plan.
• Meet or exceed annual sales and gross profit targets.
• Travel frequently and represent the company professionally.
• Provide on-site training events and product knowledge.
• Represent Gaco at local and regional trade shows.
• Manage the territory sales budget.
• Expand product knowledge and competitive awareness.
