Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking an Area Distributor Manager (ADM) to lead field sales in a Virginia-based territory. This is a remote-based role with travel, focusing on owning the business, selling solutions, and growing Away From Home market share and profitability.

You will manage distributor relationships, develop JBPs, and drive top SKUs, while forecasting demand and coordinating with Sales Ops, Finance, and Supply. A 1–3 year sales background in foodservice/CPG is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in foodservice/CPG.
• Experience managing distributor relationships and working with foodservice operators.
• Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and financial reports.
• Proficiency in building and executing sales plans, including JBPs and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assigned geographic market in Foodservice Field Sales.
• Execute all elements of the Foodservice ADM playbook.
• Develop profitable sales strategies with local distributors and brokers.
• Build and maintain strong distributor relationships; support local events.
• Drive penetration of high-priority SKUs and revenue targets.
• Own bottom-up sales planning and data-driven proposals.
• Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Forecast product demand with Sales Ops & Planning; submit VSFs.
• Establish Joint Business Plans with distributors; review actions.
• Manage distributor trade budgets and travel expenses.
