ProAg is seeking a dynamic Area Claims Supervisor to lead and support Crop Insurance Adjusters across Ohio, ensuring timely and compliant claims handling. This role requires travel and oversight of performance, training, and workload distribution for a remote, field-based team.

You will collaborate with Claims Management, Compliance, Marketing, and Underwriting to resolve complex issues, monitor expenses, and align with federal/state regulations and company policies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education preferred.
• CAPP certification is required or preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive crop insurance experience in Claims or Compliance.
• Knowledge of adjusting practices and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, coach, train, and evaluate crop insurance adjusters across Ohio.
• Oversee claims handling for accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Assign and review claims, assist with reserve setting, escalate complex claims.
• Partner with Claims Management, Compliance and Underwriting to support objectives.
• Monitor LAE, staffing, and workload distribution to meet market needs.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex or disputed claims.
• Develop and deliver adjuster training and promote best practices.
• Uphold ProAg values and maintain professional communication.
