Job summary
dormakaba is seeking an Architectural Sales Representative remotely based in the continental United States. The role focuses on influencing project specifications by engaging architects, consultants, and design firms early in the lifecycle to ensure our products are specified and win probability increases.
The position offers a base salary range of $75,000–$95,000 plus generous incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in architectural specification sales or building products sales.
- Experience working with architects, engineers, spec writers, and security consultants.
- Strong knowledge of Division 08 and construction standards.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
Responsibilities
- Engage architects and consultants to position dormakaba products in project specifications.
- Influence basis of design decisions early in project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain relationships with architectural and engineering firms.
- Identify projects where competitors are specified and influence redesign or substitution.
- Identify and track projects from early design through construction.
