Job summary
dormakaba is seeking an Architectural Sales Representative remotely based in the continental United States. You will influence project specifications by engaging architects, consultants, and design firms early in the project lifecycle, ensuring our products are specified to increase win probability and deal value.
The role offers a base salary range of $75,000 to $95,000 plus a generous sales incentive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience with architectural specification sales or building products sales.
- Experience working with architects, engineers, spec writers, and security consultants.
- Strong knowledge of Division 08 and construction standards.
- Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, architecture, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Engage architects and consultants to position dormakaba products in project specifications.
- Influence 'basis of design' decisions early in project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain relationships with architectural and engineering firms.
- Identify projects where competitors are specified and influence redesign or substitution.
- Identify and track projects from early design through construction.
