Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, seeks a remote sales professional for the Central market, ideally based in Nashville, TN or Chicago, IL. You will drive revenue for fence materials and service existing partners while acquiring new accounts.

You'll promote to architectural firms and design-build firms, maintain architect relationships, and lead events to build product awareness. Hybrid collaboration with inside and product teams supports pricing and market strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combination of education and experience in CM/Architecture/Engineering.
• 5+ years B2B sales; preferably in fencing or building-materials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales revenue and profitability targets within the assigned territory.
• Promote products to architectural and design-build firms and others that specify our products.
• Maintain architect account base and develop new accounts for growth.
• Act as product, industry, and brand expert in consultative sales discussions.
• Create or attend customer events, tradeshows to build brand awareness.
• Deliver market messaging through daily presentations to architects.
• Maintain active sales pipeline for opportunities and new business.
• Collaborate with inside sales on order fulfillment and satisfaction.
• Work with product teams on rollout of new products and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with pricing teams to ensure competitiveness.
