Somewhere is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage AR accuracy and customer relationships across a remote team. This role requires strong Excel skills, proven AR/reconciliation experience, and the ability to work US business hours.

You will monitor ledgers, conduct relationship-based collections, coordinate with a part-time Accounting Manager, and help professionalize the AR process across our Hawaii customer base.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in Accounts Receivable, collections, or related finance role.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Exceptional English communication, firm yet empathetic.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (SUM, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Familiarity with Shopmonkey or similar POS/AR systems is a plus.
