EmployBridge is seeking an Accounts Receivable Collections Coordinator Specialist to join our 100% remote team in the United States. You will manage a large portfolio of customer accounts and optimize cash collections across national accounts with hundreds of locations.

You will work closely with internal teams to resolve payment issues and ensure timely resolution of balances. The portfolio includes more than $2 million in past due balances and about $32 million in active receivables across

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Accounts Receivable and Commercial Collections experience.
• Strong B2B collections background.
• Experience managing large customer portfolios.
• Experience reviewing AR aging reports.
• Experience resolving invoice disputes, billing discrepancies, deductions, and payment delays.
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Review accounts receivable aging reports and prioritize collection efforts based on risk and history.
• Manage a portfolio of 300+ customer accounts.
• Drive collection activities on more than $2 million in past due balances.
• Investigate and resolve payment delays, disputes, deductions, and unapplied cash.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve barriers to payment.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders to resolve billing and collection issues.
• Review and apply remittances accurately.
• Manage ServiceNow tickets and team queues.
• Prepare and maintain reports on delinquent accounts and portfolio performance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Billing, Sales, Finance and other teams to resolve issues.
• Escalate issues when needed and communicate timelines and strategies.
• Maintain accurate account records and collection notes.
• Build positive customer relationships while ensuring effective collections.
