Jobgether is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate based in the United States to join a collaborative, remote-friendly professional services team. You will manage a high-volume portfolio, pursue timely payments, and contribute to cash flow improvements through proactive collections.

You will communicate with clients by phone and email, reconcile payments, resolve billing disputes, and support month-end close.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable collections.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client balances and aging reports daily to prioritize collections.
• Conduct outbound collection calls and follow-up emails to secure payments.
• Record and reconcile incoming payments across systems.
• Respond to inquiries, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with teams.
• Prepare regular collection and aging reports for leadership.
• Support month-end closing and maintain documented processes.
• Identify workflow improvements to strengthen collection effectiveness.
