Job summary

Somewhere is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our remote team. The role focuses on accurate AR management, relationship-based collections, and proactive reconciliation support for our Hawaii client base.

Ideal candidates will have solid AR experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently during US business hours. The position offers a monthly pay range and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Accounts Receivable or related finance role.
• Strong attention to detail and high organization.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (SUM, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot tables).
• Experience with AR systems/Shopmonkey is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor AR ledger and ensure accuracy.
• Manage collections with a relationship-based approach.
• Provide proactive AR oversight and resolve discrepancies.
• Co-report with Hiring Manager and part-time Accounting Manager for AR clarity.
• Help streamline and professionalize AR processes.
