Job summary

Automatiq seeks an Accounts Receivable & Collections Analyst to manage cash flow, monitor receivables, and drive timely collections in a remote-first environment. You will oversee aging reports, negotiate with partners, and provide actionable insights to Finance leadership.

With 5+ years in AR/Collections, you will leverage advanced Excel, ERP tools, and strong communication to resolve disputes and improve processes. This role offers a remote-first setup nationwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections.
• Strong understanding of AR processes, cash application and collections strategies.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) and data analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management of outstanding balances across multiple revenue streams.
• Lead proactive collections efforts across broker and marketplace portfolios.
• Design and own AR aging reports, dashboards, and KPIs for Finance leadership.
• Drive automation and reporting accuracy improvements in ERP projects.
• Prepare and present recurring and ad hoc financial reports for Finance leadership.
