Codes Health, Inc. is seeking a finance professional to own the full invoice-to-cash cycle in a fast-moving, remote environment. You will assemble invoices, deliver them to clients, manage relationships, and optimize the workflow in collaboration with Sales and Operations.

You will work with Accounts Receivable, Accounts, and leadership to ensure timely payments, accurate billing, and robust reporting. This role offers ownership and visibility into how revenue is generated.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in accounts receivable, billing, bookkeeping, or similar finance role (startup or B2B services experience is a plus).
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills: lookups, pivots and large datasets handling.
• Close attention to detail; one wrong number on an invoice costs trust.
• Ability to think outside the box; scale processes with curiosity beyond current tools.
• Clear, confident written communication with external customers.
• Ownership mindset: see messy processes and fix them.
• Comfort in a fast-moving, remote environment where priorities shift.

Responsabilités

• Pull billable activity from internal systems and convert to accurate, client-ready invoices.
• Own the monthly billing cycle so invoices go out correctly and on time.
• Maintain Master Invoice Tracker as the single source of truth for billed, sent, paid and outstanding items.
• Be the go-to billing contact for law firm customers; resolve disputes and set up billing for new accounts.
• Run collections professionally and keep relationships strong while getting paid.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to catch billing issues early.
