New Charter is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage invoicing, collections, and AR processes for our diverse client base. This remote role supports monthly close and financial reporting with cross-functional collaboration across accounting and operations teams.

You will work with NetSuite or QuickBooks and rely on Excel to analyze aging, reconcile accounts, and respond to billing inquiries while maintaining internal controls and accuracy.

Formación

• 3+ years in accounts receivable, billing, or collections.
• Proficient with NetSuite or QuickBooks.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and send accurate invoices to customers.
• Monitor aging and pursue timely collections.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist month-end close with AR reporting.
• Support audits with documentation.
