Job summary

Overjet is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to ensure a smooth billing and collections experience for customers. You will handle billing inquiries, invoice follow-ups, and payments, collaborating with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success to resolve issues and drive timely payments.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and has strong communication skills. This remote role requires working 9am–5pm ET and offers USD compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in customer support, billing operations, collections, or a similar role.
• Able to work continental US hours.
• Strong written and verbal English skills to interact with customers by phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer billing questions via email and phone.
• Proactively follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment.
• Investigate and resolve billing issues by coordinating with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.
