Included Health is seeking an A/R, Billing & Collections Revenue Staff Accountant to strengthen our billing operations and support end-to-end quote-to-cash processes. You'll partner with Revenue Accounting and cross-functional teams to translate contract terms into clear billing instructions and ensure accurate invoicing, collections, and cash flow in a fast-growing, SaaS-based environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience focused on billing and accounts receivable.
• Experience with ERP systems; Workday a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Advanced to intermediate Excel proficiency.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Revenue Accounting to ensure monthly billings and accruals are accurate.
• Follow up with customers on aged AR balances.
• Address inquiries from customers and internal teams.
• Analyze collections and track AR metrics.
• Review and apply customer payments.
• Coordinate with CSMs for invoicing changes and credit memos.
• Support contract setup and renewals in billing.
