Responsabilidades

• Research and resolve claims to maximize cash collections
• Follow up on insurance or contract denials and edits
• Interface with payers and internal/external partners by phone and web tools
• Maintain worklists and contribute to SOP updates and payer matrices
• Escalate items promptly and support process improvement initiatives
