Ensemble is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate Specialist for a remote role. You will follow up with commercial, governmental, and other payers to resolve claim payment issues and secure timely reimbursement.

This includes examining denials, submitting technical and clinical appeals, and supporting denial, no response, and audit activities. The position emphasizes strong Excel skills, verbal communication, and problem solving, with a path to growth within a recognized healthcare revenue

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a 2- or 4-year college degree.
• Experience in medical collections or AR follow-up preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and verbal communication are required.
• Ability to analyze denials and pursue payer appeals.
• Willingness to travel to client or corporate locations as needed.

Responsabilités

• Examines denied and other non-paid claims to determine discrepancies.
• Contacts payers to follow up on outstanding claims and files appeals.
• Resolves payment variances and ensures timely reimbursement.
• Documents activities in client systems and tracking tools.
• Identifies root causes of payment delays and communicates trends to management.
• Maintains understanding of regulations and payer requirements.
