Job summary

US Acute Care Solutions (USACS) is hiring an AR Research & Resolution Representative to research and resolve claims, maximize cash collections, and minimize denials in a fast-paced remote role.

As part of a clinician-centric organization, you will interface with payers and internal partners, maintain workflows, and support SOP updates while staying current with regulations. A high school diploma is required; prior billing experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; medical insurance or billing experience is helpful but not required.
• Experience with ICD-10 and CPT coding is preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows and basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex claims follow-up and resolve edits and denials.
• Maintain worklists and KPI-based performance.
• Communicate with payers and internal partners by phone and online tools.
• Escalate items promptly.
• Identify workflow improvements and SOP updates.
• Collaborate in team meetings.
• Stay current with government and carrier regulations.
