Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Accounts Resolution Specialist for a fully remote role across multiple US states. You will ensure accurate billing and prompt reimbursement by coordinating with insurance companies, managing denials, and supporting AR reduction efforts.

Ideal candidates bring 2 years of claims follow-up, 2 years of denial management, and 1 year in remote work. A high school diploma is required; a health-care degree is preferred.

Competenze

• 2 years of insurance claims follow-up.
• 2 years of claim denial management.
• 5 years of experience within a physician and/or facility business office.
• 1 year of experience working in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in health care or related field is preferred.

Mansioni

• Ensure accounts are billed and reimbursed; contact insurance for payments.
• Utilize WAYSTAR; manage appeals and denial resolutions.
• Follow up daily accounts and document actions for resolution.
• Communicate opportunities and updates to leadership using SBAR/structurednotes.
• Support AR reduction initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
