Qualifications

• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid billing in long-term care or skilled rehabilitation settings.
• At least three years of accounts receivable management experience in health care.
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
• Ability to communicate freely about AR and willingness to learn and strengthen leadership skills every day.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the billing functions including accounts receivable and resident trust funds.
• Ensure financial systems are accurate, efficient, and compliant with accounting practices, company policies and regulations.
• Support leadership in AR processes and contribute to process improvements.
