Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers via outbound calls, email, social media and other channels.
• Introduce Simera and services in a professional, engaging manner.
• Qualify leads by identifying needs and interest for fit.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Confirm appointments and follow up to reduce no-shows.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects not ready to schedule.
• Handle basic questions and objections with a positive approach.
• Record prospect information, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Manage calendars and coordinate times between prospects and sales reps.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment targets.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure proper transfer and follow-up of leads.
• Provide feedback on objections and common customer needs.
