Inner Circle Academy is seeking a remote Appointment Setter to join our high-volume sales team. You will call warm leads from paid ads and webinars, book qualified calls for closers, and work full-time during North American time zones.

You should thrive on commission, stay coachable, and manage CRM-based workflow. The role offers a $1,000 base plus 4% commission on cash collected, with additional incentives for show calls and low-ticket sales.

Inner Circle Academy is hiring a remote Appointment Setter, with on-target earnings of $4,000 to $6,000+ per month from a $1,000 base plus commission and bonuses. You will call warm leads from our paid ads and webinars and book qualified calls for our closers. You must be available to work full-time during a North American timezone.

Who You Are:

• You are a confident phone communicator who enjoys high-volume outreach and can handle 250 dials a day.
• You thrive in a high-ticket sales environment and are motivated by commission you earn.
• You are coachable, organized, and comfortable working in a CRM.
• You bring experience as an appointment setter, SDR, or in inside sales.
• You are interested in ecommerce, Amazon FBA, or AI-powered business.
• You are available to work full-time during EST hours.
