Novatar is hiring a results-driven outbound sales specialist to run daily outreach across email, LinkedIn, SMS, and phone for local service businesses. You will qualify owners and book them for a closer, with a focus on rapid follow-ups.

This 100% remote contractor role offers paid training, a proven playbook, and a path to advance, plus uncapped earnings tied to meetings and deals closed.

Compensation: On-target earnings of $3,000 to $6,000 a month. A bonus per qualified meeting and a share of every deal it closes, recurring. Uncapped. The more meetings you set that turn into clients, the more you earn.

Eligibility

• All positions are 1099 independent-contractor, contract-to-hire roles. Strong performers can convert to a permanent role.
• Remote. You must be located in the city or service area you apply for.
• Able to visit or meet clients in person when needed.
• 18 or older.
• Eligible to work in the USA, with a valid driver’s license.
• No DUIs and no criminal record.
• Open to random drug testing to stay compliant with our policies.

1099 independent contractor. Remote. You set your own hours. Only candidates who pass our screening are offered the role.

This is a commission-only, 1099 contract opportunity. Earnings depend on your effort, your market, and how closely you follow the training and systems. Any figures shown are potential, not guaranteed, and results vary.
