Inner Circle Academy is seeking a remote Appointment Setter to join our high-volume sales team. You will call warm leads from paid ads and webinars, book qualified calls for closers, and work full-time during North American time zones.

You should thrive on commission, stay coachable, and manage CRM-based workflow. The role offers a $1,000 base plus 4% commission on cash collected, with additional incentives for show calls and low-ticket sales.

Qualifications

• Must have proven appointment-setting or SDR experience.
• Comfortable with 250 dials per day and high-volume outreach.
• Experience in a CRM and a high-ticket sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Make 250 dials per day and book 5 qualified sets.
• Call webinar attendees before and after events.
• Call low-ticket product buyers and old leads in the CRM.
• Book all qualified leads into closer calendars.
• Track activity and hit daily KPIs.
