This is a full-time, commission-based role paying 10% per sale, with on-target earnings of $8,000 to $20,000+ per month.

You will run onboarding and sales calls with warm, already-invested leads and close coaching programs priced from $6,000 to $25,000. This is a full-time, commission-based role paying 10% per sale, with on-target earnings of $8,000 to $20,000+ per month.

About the Company:

• Inner Circle Academy offers a training program focused on AI-powered Amazon FBA arbitrage strategies.

• Students learn how to identify and replicate products that are already performing well in the Amazon marketplace.

• Students use AI tools to quickly find suppliers offering competitive pricing.

• Students learn to automate large portions of the ecommerce process so their business can run with minimal manual work.

• The goal is to help students build and scale Amazon FBA businesses using streamlined, AI-supported systems.

• Scaling Partner builds and runs high-performing sales teams for businesses like Inner Circle Academy.

What You Will Sell:

• Gold ($6K): Course, community, and group coaching 3x per week.

• Diamond ($12K to $15K): Course, community, group coaching 3x per week, and 3 months of 1-on-1 coaching.

• Emerald ($25K): Course, community, group coaching 3x per week, 5 months of 1-on-1 coaching, and a done-for-you VA service.

Who You Will Talk To:

• Struggling Amazon sellers who can’t grow or are doing things the wrong way.

• People who have tried different approaches in the past, including previous course buyers.

Where Your Leads Come From:

• Leads are generated through paid advertising that drives prospects into a webinar funnel: Facebook Ad, then Webinar, then Low/Mid-Ticket Purchase, then Onboarding Call.

• About 80% of closer calls come from buyers of $1,000 to $1,995 products who book through an onboarding link inside the product, so they are already invested and committed to selling on Amazon.

• The other 20% of calls come from appointment setters calling webinar attendees who did not buy the low-ticket product.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Run booked onboarding and closer calls with warm prospects over phone and video.

• Uncover each prospect’s goals and pain points, and present the right program.

• Handle objections and close deals on the call, including upsells into 1-on-1 coaching and done-for-you services.

• Follow up with prospects who need more time to decide.

• Log call notes and keep your pipeline up to date in the CRM.

• Track your numbers and hit your weekly and monthly sales targets.

Who You Are:

• You are a confident closer with a proven track record in high-ticket or consultative sales.

• You handle objections calmly and turn hesitation into commitment without being pushy.

• You are coachable and hungry to sharpen your skills through feedback and training.

• You are self-motivated and disciplined working remotely, and you show up prepared for every booked call.

• You bring strong verbal communication skills and are comfortable running sales conversations over phone and video.

• You bring a reliable computer, a stable internet connection, and a quiet place to take calls.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Commission: 10% per sale.

• On-target earnings (OTE): $8,000 to $20,000+ per month.

• Full-time, working EST hours. Saturdays are optional.

• Must be available for a minimum of 100 calls per month.
