Oak Street Health is seeking a remote Contact Center Service Advocate I to manage patient appointments and deliver exceptional service. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, enter data accurately, and coordinate with medical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.

A High School diploma and 1 year of customer service are required, with bilingual abilities and US work authorization preferred. This role offers a 40-hour work week with flexible schedules and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience, call center environment preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; some undergraduate education preferred.
• Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Polish speakers preferred; US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments via inbound and outbound calls.
• Provide courteous, professional service to patients and address inquiries.
• Accurately enter patient information and appointment details into the scheduling system.
• Communicate appointment details and instructions clearly to patients.
• Address scheduling conflicts and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth scheduling operations.
• Conduct follow-up calls to confirm appointments and provide reminders.
• Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions and transactions.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
