Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Developer I, Application Systems to join our team in the Washington, DC area. This role focuses on development support, design, programming and implementation of custom processes across enterprise systems, with emphasis on citizen development within the application framework.

You will work with IT Analysts and business users to gather requirements, ensure alignment with IT Enterprise Services, and support ongoing operations and enhancements across Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level equivalents or 1+ year relevant work experience in enterprise systems
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise applications and documenting configurations
• Knowledge of Windows/Microsoft databases and process automation
• Experience with data privacy practices and compliance frameworks (SSA E16, HIPAA, URAC)
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly

Responsabilités

• Provide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processes
• Work independently to understand and document business needs
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure optimal operations of application development
• Support change control and testing processes for modifications to application systems
• Research and recommend automated approaches to business needs
• Develop and maintain documentation of custom processes
• Provide backup administration support to other team members
• Offer after-hours support as needed
• Develop within Microsoft SaaS platforms (Teams, SharePoint, CoPilot) and Power Platform
