BCA Financial Services, Inc. invites you to join its collaborative technology team as a Remote Application Systems Analyst. You will support, optimize, and secure key business applications, with a focus on FACS ARM software and data processing workflows across the organization.

You will resolve issues, manage user access, monitor performance, document procedures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, reliability, and strong service for internal users and clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in application support, systems analysis, or IT.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with FACS platform (Enable, Report Writer, Event Tactics, Logic Blocks) preferred.
• Security and data protection knowledge; relevant certifications preferred.
• FDCPA, FCCPA/FCCCPA, and FCRA knowledge preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and resolve issues for internal users and clients.
• Manage user accounts, system access, and security permissions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain business applications and data processing workflows.
• Analyze system performance and implement corrective solutions.
• Document business processes, technical procedures, system changes, and user instructions.
• Coordinate the timely processing and delivery of client data files and system-generated deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, improve processes, and support development initiatives.
• Support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of business information systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.
• Monitor system access points and report potential security risks or compliance concerns.
• Assist with client onboarding, user training, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal departments, clients, vendors, and industry partners.
• Manage competing priorities and ensure assignments are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Provide training and support to new team members as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
