Job summary

Octave is seeking a full-time Software Consultant to join the global support team. The role offers remote work options with limited travel to various Octave locations including Alpharetta/GA, Houston/TX, Madison/AL, Bogotá/Colombia and São Paulo/Brazil.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, document outcomes, and collaborate with product and development teams while building technical documentation and customer trainings.

Qualifications

• Intergraph Smart3D expertise; knowledge of Octave Solutions is a plus
• Strong communication via phone, email, video and in person
• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Experience in consulting functions and services
• Engineering degree in Mechanical/Chemical or related field

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and resolves complex customer issues as part of a global support team
• Works with development and product teams to investigate problems and provide customer feedback
• Documents support activities and maintains knowledge base
• Creates technical documents, instructions, and customer training materials
• May conduct customer training and support activities as required
