Job summary

ALVARIA is seeking a remote support specialist to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues for Aspect products. You will document problems, use full toolsets, and engage additional resources when needed to ensure swift resolutions.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a technical customer support role and can communicate clearly with management and account teams. Some travel and after-hours work may be required as part of this role.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience supporting customers in a technical environment.
willingness to travel, after-hours, or on-call work may be required.
Flexibility to work early AM or late US hours, including weekends.
Technical Certifications and second or third languages a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide remote technical and application problem resolution and escalation assistance related to Aspect products.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and debug complex computer systems and software.
Document and verify reported problems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues utilizing all available tools, resources, and documentation.
Engage additional resources when necessary.
Provide effective and consistent communication to management, peers, and account team.
