Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science or related technical discipline.
• 4+ years of SMT-manufacturing related experience (inspection-focused role preferred).
• Experience with capital equipment support and strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge base of Omron inspection solutions and industry insights.
• Provide remote, phone and on-site customer support.
• Assist sales with demonstrations, evaluations and promotional activities.
• Perform equipment installation, service, support and calibration.
