Application Engineering organization in support of Commercial Operations and Sales teams. This leader will drive customer-focused technical solutions through direct customer engagement, ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality Statements of Work and Job Cost Estimates, and develop a high-performing team of Application Engineers capable of supporting the growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 12+ years relevant work experience.
• Electrical Engineering degree preferred for this leadership role.
• Willingness and ability to travel 25% within the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Application Engineering team.
• Provide technical leadership and customer solution support across the ELSE portfolio.
• Drive proposal excellence, high-quality SOWs/JCEs, and improve cycle times.
• Standardize engineering processes with KPI management and training programs.
