Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Consultant, Implementation Engineer for a fully remote role in Canada. You will lead complex software implementations and integrations for enterprise clients across legal, accounting, and consulting sectors.

You’ll own projects end to end, from discovery to deployment, training, and ongoing support, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams. You will design architectures for integrations involving SQL Server, REST APIs, Boomi, and cloud/on-prem

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing software implementation role, ideally in professional services or law-related environments.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and advanced SQL scripting.
• Experience designing integrations across multiple enterprise systems and technologies.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize multiple client projects and deadlines independently.
• Familiarity with XML, JSON, REST APIs, and data integration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation lifecycles, including scoping, planning, development, installation, configuration, deployment, training, and post-launch support.
• Assess client requirements and design, implement, configure, deploy, and support enterprise software solutions and integrations.
• Provide technical direction and act as escalation point for complex challenges.
• Manage client communications and ensure alignment with business and technical objectives.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST services and tools across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Support migrations to cloud platforms and manage Boomi Atom environments.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and reporting solutions to meet client needs.
• Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
