Job summary

Harbor is seeking an Implementation Engineer to join our Enterprise Solutions practice. This remote role can be located anywhere in the US or Canada and will own end-to-end implementations of Intapp solutions, including installation, configuration, deployment, and client training.

You will work with AD, Microsoft SQL Server, REST APIs, Boomi and cloud migrations, provide go-live support, and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and project leadership.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• At least 5+ years in a customer-facing software implementation role in a legal services environment.
• Experience writing Microsoft SQL Server queries with solid relational structure knowledge.
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft SQL scripting language.

Responsibilities

• Assesses client needs and installs and implements enterprise solutions and integrations.
• Provides leadership to team members on projects.
• Owns end-to-end implementation including scoping, planning, development, installation, and deployment.
• Assists with product rollouts and training for end users.
• Maintain and troubleshoot client integrations and migrations to cloud.
