Job summary

Atlas Technologies, Inc. seeks a skilled Business Process Analyst to join our IT team. You will design and implement automation bridging Appian low-code and PeopleSoft ERP, analyze business needs, map processes, and translate requirements into functional specs for developers.

Qualifications

• Appian version 24.x or higher experience.
• DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Strong BPMN and process-improvement knowledge.
• Experience on Appian or other BPM/low-code projects.
• Clear and detailed requirements documents, user stories, acceptance criteria.
• Analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Appian Certified Analyst certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements-gathering with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Map and document business processes using BPMN standards.
• Identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities with Appian.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Appian Architects and Developers on workflows and data models.
• Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Create test cases and support system testing and UAT.
• Ensure solutions meet business expectations and standards.
• Align processes with PeopleSoft modules and Appian workflows.
• Facilitate workshops to gather functional and technical requirements.
• Produce process maps, user stories, and technical guides with governance.
