Job summary

Atlas Technologies is seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to design and implement complex process automation that bridges Appian low-code with PeopleSoft ERP. You will analyze business needs, map processes, and translate requirements into functional specs to guide development for Appian interfaces.

Fully remote position available to residents in AL, CA, CT, FL, GA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, NC, OR, RI, SC, TX, VA, DC, WV, NJ. Travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Appian experience (24.x+) required.
• DoD Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one is required.
• Strong BPMN and business-process modeling knowledge.
• Experience on Appian or other BPM/low-code projects.
• Ability to produce clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Analyze and document business processes using BPMN.
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation with Appian.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Appian Architects/Developers on workflows and data models.
• Support Agile delivery with backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Assist in creating test cases and support UAT.
• Ensure solutions meet business expectations and security standards.
• Align processes with PeopleSoft modules and Appian workflows.
