Job summary

Atlas Technologies seeks a skilled Business Process Analyst to design and implement automation linking Appian with PeopleSoft. You will analyze business needs, map processes, and translate requirements into functional specs guiding development teams that enable Appian interfaces to access PeopleSoft data and workflows.

Remote position available to many states, with up to 10% travel. Responsibilities include requirements sessions, BPMN documentation, and creating user stories and acceptance

Qualifications

• Appian experience required (5+ years).
• Strong BPMN and process-m modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Analyze and document business processes using BPMN.
• Identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities using Appian.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Appian architects and developers on workflows and data models.
• Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement and sprint planning.
