Job summary

Atlas Technologies is seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to design and implement automation that bridges Appian low-code with PeopleSoft ERP. You will analyze business needs, map processes, and translate requirements into specifications for development teams to build integrated Appian interfaces.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Appian experience.
• DoD Secret level Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong BPMN modeling and process-improvement knowledge.
• Experience with Appian or other BPM/low-code projects.
• Ability to write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders and SMEs.
• Analyze and document business processes using BPMN standards.
• Identify process inefficiencies and automation opportunities using Appian capabilities.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Appian Architects and Developers on workflows, data models, and UIs.
• Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement, sprint planning, and clarification of requirements.
• Assist in creating test cases and support system testing and UAT.
• Ensure solutions meet business expectations and standards.
• Analyze alignment with PeopleSoft Modules and Appian workflows.
• Run workshops to clarify functional/technical requirements with stakeholders.
• Produce process maps, user stories, and technical guides with governance.
