Job summary

Atlas Technologies seeks a skilled Business Process Analyst to help design and implement automated solutions bridging Appian with PeopleSoft ERP. You will analyze business needs, map processes, and translate requirements into functional specs for developers that enable users to interact with PeopleSoft data and workflows within Appian interfaces.

Fully remote position available to residents in multiple states, travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

Appian expertise with 5+ years in versions 24.x or higher.
U.S. Citizenship required.
DoD Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one.
Strong BPMN and process-improvement knowledge.
Experience on Appian or similar BPM/low-code projects.
Ability to write clear requirements and user stories.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

Conduct requirements gathering with stakeholders.
Analyze and document business processes using BPMN.
Identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities via Appian.
Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Appian Architects to design workflows and data models.
Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement and sprint planning.
Assist in creating test cases and support UAT.
Ensure solutions meet business needs and security standards.
Align processes with PeopleSoft modules and Appian workflows.
Run workshops to clarify functional and technical requirements.
Produce process maps, user stories, and technical guides in repositories.
