Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring an API IT Solutions Analyst II—Remote to work across BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, Developers and QA to translate business needs into robust technical requirements. You will develop SOPs, map APIs, and coordinate interdependencies to ensure timely delivery of IT initiatives.

You will serve as a go-to technical expert for business partners, review documentation, and provide status updates on issues and risks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in related field.
3–5 years of system documentation experience and/or technical writing.
Ability to create non-functional requirements and translate business requirements.
Understanding of development, quality assurance, and integration methodologies.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, Developers, QA and IT partners to gather and translate needs into technical requirements.
Coordinate with project managers to meet timelines and milestones.
Develop and maintain SOPs for consistent processes and identify interdependencies across domains.
Lead and accelerate delivery of projects within set timelines and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Create and maintain technical specifications, data flow mappings, and documentation for systems.
