Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an API IT Solutions Analyst II to work remotely across the United States. You will partner with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, developers, and QA to translate business needs into robust technical requirements and maintain clear documentation.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, develop SOPs, perform data analysis, support testing (UAT) and training, and drive projects to timely completion while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in CS/IS or related field with experience
• 3-5 years system documentation/technical writing
• Translate business into non-functional requirements
• Understand development, QA and integration methods
• Trace transactions through complex systems

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, developers and QA to translate needs into technical specs
• Coordinate with project managers to meet timelines
• Develop and maintain SOPs for consistent processes
• Own documentation including requirements, design and acceptance criteria
• Support UAT and training activities
• Analyze data and contribute to reports/dashboards
