Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring an API IT Solutions Analyst II who will work remotely from anywhere in the United States (excluding certain states). You will collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, developers, and QA to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure timely delivery of projects.

You will create SOPs, document non-functional requirements, and support testing and training efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of system documentation experience and/or technical writing.
• Ability to translate business requirements into non-functional requirements and document them clearly.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, Developers and QA to gather and translate needs into technical requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timelines and milestones are met.
• Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure process efficiency and consistency.
• Create and maintain documentation including technical requirements, design, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Assist with UAT and training materials for new systems.
• Extract, analyze, and interpret data to support decisions and create dashboards.
