Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks an Accounts Payable Supervisor based in the United States for a fully remote leadership role overseeing high‑volume invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliations and reporting. You will supervise the AP team, ensure compliance with GAAP, CAS, FAR and DFARS, and drive process improvements using Deltek Costpoint and SAP Ariba.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounts payable experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Proficiency with Deltek Costpoint and SAP Ariba is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, CAS, FAR and DFARS compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee high-volume invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Supervise and develop the accounts payable team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain supplier relationships and resolve payment discrepancies efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and applicable regulations (GAAP, CAS, FAR, DFARS).
• Drive process improvements and automation within SAP Ariba and Deltek Costpoint.
• Support 1099 filings and year-end reporting, including vendor data maintenance.
